FAQ
How will I receive my gallery?
You will receive an email with a link to your online gallery. There will be a specific pin code at the bottom of your email to allow you access to your gallery and the ability to download your images.
How long will it take to receive my photos?
My ultimate priority is a quick delivery of your online gallery, therefore my goal is for you to receive your gallery within two-three weeks. If your session is during busy season, please expect that it may take a little bit longer than normal. I will update you with the expected timeframe on the day of your session.
Deposit/Payment?
For full or mini sessions I require a 50% deposit in order to secure your spot. For weddings, I require a $500 deposit. Your deposit will be requested via an invoice and is due within 24 hours. It is non-refundable. If payment has not been submitted, your spot will not be reserved. Your deposit is non-refundable. Your remaining balance is due within 24 hours of your scheduled session. Cancellations are not accepted once your final payment has been sent. I am happy to reschedule due to illness or weather on the soonest date that I am available. Scheduling availability may vary based on time of year.
What locations do you shoot at?
I shoot at a variety of locations in the Twin Cities and metro area. I love discovering new locations, so I am always open for suggestions. Depending on the location, I may require a small travel fee which we will discuss in advance.
Do I have to order prints through you?
I have a store front with Pixieset where you can order prints directly from your online gallery. I would greatly appreciate if you ordered directly from this site as it supports my small business and I am confident they are quality prints. If you are choosing to print elsewhere, I would recommend a company that offers quality printing services because colors, tones, and overall quality can be diminished.
Do you offer studio sessions?
While I do not have my own studio at this time, I know of many beautiful natural-light studios that are perfect for shooting at in the Twin Cities areas. For studio sessions I will require a studio booking fee which on average is $75-100/hr.
